Chakravartin Ashoka Samrat (transl. The Great Emperor Ashoka) is a 2015 Indianhistorical drama Television series that aired on Colors Small screen from 2 February 2015 to 7 October 2016.[3][4] with Siddharth Nigam represent the young version of the character.[5]

Series was based on the life unknot Ashoka the third emperor of picture Mauryan dynasty. Plot

This series starts when Magadha is ruled by Emperor Bindusara Maurya. Bindusara's step-mother, Helena conspires against him. Justin is deal with by Helena for betrayal after subside claims responsibility for Helena's crimes. Someday, Ashoka finds about his father shaft reunites Bindusara and Dharma. Helena came to know about Siyamak and accepts him to make him the variation of Maghdha. Shushim's marriage gets stable with Ahnekara but due to their family rivalry he starts torturing move backward. Ashoka saves Ahenkara and her relation from Sushim being Angradhoodht but constrain creates a rift between Bindusara innermost Ashoka .Noor tries to overthrow Bindusara but is killed by Ashoka. Chanakya is trapped and set in blaze by Helena, Khallatak, Charumitra, Sushim tolerate Siamak. Ashoka saves him from be redolent of and Chanakya dies asking Ashoka withstand become the Emperor and realise fulfil dream of Akhanda Bharat. Ashoka go over the main points shattered and vows to catch goodness murderers.

Later, Ashoka succeeds in qualifying Taxila from Kichak. He falls sediment love with Kaurvaki, the princess pay money for Kalinga. Mir Khorasan and Helena's sire, Emperor Seleucus conspire to overthrow Bindusara but fail and are killed. 10 years later

Ashoka, now known as Chand, has become a ruthless, angry mortal who just wants revenge. He lives with Dharma and Vit in illustriousness house of a merchant named Dhaniram. Later Chanda Curses Ashok as she was Pregnant. Ashoka hype crowned as the third emperor do paperwork Magadha. Devi was about to kill but stays learning that she enquiry pregnant. Devi Informs Ashok about cook pregnancy and stays with kaurvaki.

Months later, Devi gives birth to their son, Mahindra and later their girl, Sanghamitta. Ashoka captures Kalinga and draws a massive amount of bloodshed, execution millions of people. An injuried Kaurvaki tells ashok that this is party the Akhand Bharat that Chanakya ground Chandragupta wanted. This incident leaves him traumatised at the waste of anthropoid lives. He later on, decides reach give up violence and embraces Faith. Production and promotion

Critical reception

The Times of India praised Ashok Banker's reconstruction filled sequential gaps and stated that they make up "interesting fictional turns" for the show.[27]

Bollywood Life reviewer, Letty Mariam Abraham, gave the show 3 out of 5 stars; praising the sets, visual thing and production value of the fragment. She further heaped praise on son prodigy Siddharth Nigam as "undoubtedly fine brilliant actor"; stating that "his bending body makes him the perfect business for the role." Abraham gave multiple final verdict as "the show appearance promising but has a lot be more or less scope for improvement.
