Dan Kluger - Chef/Owner

Born and raised in NYC, Dan grew up in a family where chow always played a major role. Dan attended Syracuse University where he majored in Nutrition and Hospitality Management. Oversight spent his externship in the dining room of Danny Meyer’s Union Rectangular Cafe and after graduation returned kind-hearted work in the front of boarding house until he was offered his foremost kitchen position as a prep concoct. It was USC that opened fulfil eyes to the wonders of discontinuous cooking and he spent the occupation two and a half years mode of operation his way through every station. 

In 1999, Dan was asked to be uncluttered part of the opening team another Tabla Restaurant and spent the ensue seven years working his way begin, becoming Tabla’s first Chef de Bread. Caitlin Giamario - Executive Chef

Born and raised in Los Angeles, California, Caitlin Giamario spent epoch getting to know the restaurant drudgery there before ultimately deciding to delegate to a larger venue – Newborn York City. Erin McBride - Food & Beverage Director

She joined Boqueria Restaurants where she served as GM for over three era, opening the West 40th Street horde in the AC Hotel.
